Souq stores are an efficient and cost effective way for an entrepreneur or a company to break into online sales.
With a Souq store, sellers can display all their listings—regardless of format—in one convenient location. Sellers also get powerful and easy-to-use tools that enable them to develop their own brand and encourage the 1000s of buyers on Souq to purchase more.

Qualify as a store
To maintain the quality of Souq Stores, businesses must meet certain criteria:
- You must be familiar with selling on Souq.com, having feedbacks more than or equal to 0. Your feedback rating must be 98% positive or higher at all times.
Or You must be an existing business that is registered in UAE
- All items listed in the store must come with a minimum 30-day warranty and the seller must have a commitment to customer service and mediation of any disputes.

Monthly fee : 35AED
Listing is FREE
Standard sales fees of 5% apply. (There are no additional fees for items that do not sell).

Stores must adhere to the standard Souq.com Terms and Conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change. You are expected to keep up-to-date with any changes
- Stores must maintain a minimum of 10 concurrent listings.

Stores must have a commitment to sell through Souq.com. It is not permitted to provide buyers incentives to buy outside of the Souq platform or process.

Stores must not make efforts to solicit direct sales through own website, email or other channels outside the Souq.com platform and process.

You must have greater than or equal to 0 feedbacks.
- Fees are to be paid in advance on your Souq.com account.

Souq.com reserves the right to remove stores that breach the terms and conditions with 3 business days notice in writing.

A nominated individual must be responsible for all activities of your store.

Is a Souq Store right for me?
In addition to meeting the above Souq Stores requirements, you will want to consider your overall experience with Souq, listing volume, and selling goals before opening a Store. We have found that higher volume and more experienced sellers who are committed to growing their sales and expect to have a part-time or full-time business on Souq tend to get the best results from their Souq Store.
What are the fees related to a Souq Store?
A Souq store can be yours for the token fee of AED 35 Dirham per month. Souq fees will be charged in advance on a monthly basis. There are no additional fees on listing, and all other Souq fees apply. As a trial offer, you will get the first 30 Days free.
How do I list in my Souq Store?
Once you have created your store, you will be prompted to include any new listing to be part of the store. To list an item, click the Sell button at the top of any Souq page. Souq's Sell Your Item form takes you through the process of listing your item step-by-step, including helping you find appropriate categories for your item. If you are an existing business with an existing inventory management system and would like to list in bulk, please contact us
here.com for a solution to batch import your items for you.
Which items appear in my Souq Store?
All listing formats (Auction-style, Fixed Price, and Store Inventory) automatically appear in your Souq Store.
Can I use HTML to design my storefront?
You can create your store’s headers in HTML; the remainder of the current version of the store is a simple wizard format that will guide you quickly and easily through the remainder of the store set-up. We will inform you of new updates, or for further enquiries, please contact us

How can I make changes to my Store?
You can make changes to your Souq Store at any time by going to your my Store tab in your control panel.
How does Souq help me promote my Store to its users?
Your Souq Store is promoted to Souq's users in several ways:
